New Biblical Archaeology Website Launched
Website Redesign Completed & Launched on April 1st, 2019
(Washington, DC)— AmDee is proud to announce the launch of Biblical Archaeology Society’s (BAS) new website. BAS is a nonprofit, nondenominational, educational organization dedicated to the dissemination of information about archaeology in the Bible lands.
AmDee was hired to rethink the users flow through the website, provide a redesign and integrate with various 3rd-party platforms. During this project the AmDee team encountered many challenges: A large website that had 4 different page styles that were patchworked together, many integrations that were incompatible, and the integration of Drupal and WordPress to exchange information.
The AmDee team created a custom website for BAS while maintaining AmDee’s exemplary customer service: weekly meetings to ensure project scope was adhered to at every step and full transparency during the wireframe and design phases using platforms such as Invision for client review. The AmDee team changed the entire website workflow with CDS and WhatCounts. AmDee also used Wufoo forms styled to match the new BAS design.
